8059269: FileHandler may throw NPE if pattern is a simple name and the lock file already exists Summary: NPE may be thrown when Path.getParentPath() returns null. The fix is to call Path.getAbsolutePath().getParentPath() when Path.getParentPath() returns null. Reviewed-by: alanb
