8066122: CollectionUsageThreshold.java times out when run with -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent Summary: CollectionUsageThreshold.java hangs due to VM performs concurrent GC with -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent flag, as result - notification is not received.
