8001424: G1: Rename certain G1-specific flags Summary: Rename G1DefaultMinNewGenPercent, G1DefaultMaxNewGenPercent, and G1OldCSetRegionLiveThresholdPercent to G1NewSizePercent, G1MaxNewSizePercent, and G1MixedGCLiveThresholdPercent respectively.
