6637203: Classunloading messages go to stdout rather than Xloggc file, causing hangs when stdout is closed Summary: Decoupled TraceClassUnloading from verbose:gc, JVMTI_VERBOSE_GC and PrintGC[Details], making it settable in a manner identical to TraceClassLoading.
